Bossier City police bust 28 at weekend house party with drugs

Bossier City police arrested 28 people overnight on drug charges after receiving a complaint about loud music coming from a large party at a warehouse in the 3100 block of Nolin Drive. When officers arrived on scene, they heard loud music coming from the building and made contact with a large group of people who were having a party inside with a live band. Upon entering the building, officers could immediately smell a strong odor associated with burnt marijuana. Upon further investigation, officers found a small amount of marijuana, along with several items of drug paraphernalia and alcohol inside the building. Officers also recovered a loaded shotgun that was in possession of one those attending the party. That person, Zachary C. Parker, 18, of Shreveport was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, illegal possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following individuals were also arrested booked into the Bossier City Jail on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia:

• Taylor A. Rust, 22, of Shreveport

• Jelani N. Leblanc, 20, of Shreveport

• Lauren A. Ducharme, 19, of Shreveport

• Louden G. Lancaster, 20, of Haughton

• Spencer R. Hernandez, 20, of Shreveport

• Seth M. Billiot, 19, of Shreveport

• Christopher T. McKinnon, 18, of Blanchard

Theses individuals were arrested by citation on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia:

• Kimberly D. Dowden, 19, of Haughton
• Chelsea E. Nitz, 19, of Haughton
• Leeanna McGee, 18, of Dubberly
• Morgan C. Stridsberg, 18, of Shreveport
• Kristen L. Fuller, 22, of Haughton
• Eric G. Fuller, 20, of Haughton
• Jordan A. Parker, 19, of Mooringsport
• Steven W. Mortimer, 19, of Shreveport
• Jordan T. Gilbert, 21, of Shreveport
• Neski Brooks, 18, of Shreveport
• Zachary D. Reed, 18, of Blanchard

• Kevin L. Fearance, 20, of Mooringsport
• Adam D. McGary, 25, of Shreveport
• Michael D. Beran, 19, of Bossier City
• Shelby L. Young, 17, of Bossier City
• Tyler K. Yelverton, 18, of Shreveport

Four female juveniles (ages, 16, 15, 15 and 15) were also issued citations on the above charges. Their names cannot be release due to their ages per Louisiana law.
