Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office
Thursday, September 2, 2010 - 9:22am

Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator is hosting a class to teach adults and children how to take the Hunter Safety Education Course on-line in the convenience of their own home.

The prep course will be held at 6:30 p.m. September 13 at the Caddo Correctional Center. There is no charge, and pre-registration is not required.

Deputies from the Sheriff's Regional Training Academy will teach the one-hour session so participants can start taking the on-line course as soon as they leave the classroom.

Participants will complete most of the Hunter Safety course at home, but will be required to return for a Field Day session from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. September 25 at the Sheriff’s Training Academy on Hwy. One South.
