Houston man stopped with more than 500 grams of cocaine in Bowie County

A Houston man is behind bars after he was caught with more 500 grams of cocaine in Bowie County.

On Sunday, 34-year old Terry Herman Emanuel was arrested at the intersection of County Road 4234 and Highway 259 by Texarkana troopers and Bowie County deputies.

At the time of the arrest, Emanuel was in possession of 510 grams of cocaine and 7 grams of marijuana. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance over 400 grams and possession of marijuana under 2 oz.

Emanuel's bond is set at $52,000.00.
