The first tenant of the Cyber Innovation Center in Bossier City was welcomed today with a ribbon cutting ceremony and cheers.

The 8th Air Force will be the first tenant for the architectural marvel.

Renovations and expansion, for 8th Air Force offices at Barksdale, is the reason for its new headquarters at the Cyber Center.

A tour of the new facility was given to guests after the ribbon cutting ceremony.
