Goodwill Industries has kicked off its "Going Green" week in Northern Louisiana.
The company, which started in Shreveport in 1926, reuses and recycles items that people may no longer need.
And this week, they're looking to take that mission to a new level.
The week long event will include events like a regional in-store fashion show, job fairs, and a kick off to the company's biggest funraiser of the year, the annual Black Tie Bingo Gala.
This year, the gala will hand out the "Ultimate Door Prize," a new red Toyota.
The actual gala will be held in February of next year.
