BATON ROUGE - An LSU graduate student is dead after police say he fell six stories from the top of the Life Sciences Building on Monday.
Two students saw 27-year-old Sarvnipun Chawla fall from the roof of the building.
EMS arrived on scene shortly after and started performing CPR on him.
He later died of his injuries at the hospital.
Police found several items belonging to Challa on the roof of the building.
Witnesses say he was a Physics graduate student.
Police are still investigating why Challa fell.
They say there is no evidence of foul play.
