SHREVEPORT — Caddo sheriff's deputies are investigating an early morning home invasion.

The invasion happened on Oak Grove Lane in Shreveport.

Officials say the homeowner woke up to someone kicking in the front door of his house. The homeowner then fired shots at the person.

Police are still searching for the intruder.

No injuries were reported.
