Caddo Parish, LA — Law enforcement has arrested a fugitive who allegedly hurt three children back in July 2012.

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office obtained an arrested warrant for Donovan Eugene Phillips, 34, of Greenwood, after learning Phillips had committed battery against three kids, ages 2, 4 and 5. The incidents happened at several different times dating back to July. The victims are the children of a friend of Phillips.

Phillips turned himself in on November 19. His bond is set at $60,000.
