Child care workers arrested for child abuse
Bossier Parish, LA (KMSS) — The Bossier Sheriff’s Office arrested three workers at a Haughton child care Wednesday on charges stemming from simple battery to cruelty to a juvenile of young children at the daycare center over the past couple of weeks.
Sheriff’s detectives responded to a complaint of abuse of children at the TLC Child Care &Learning Center in Haughton on Highway 80. During the investigation, they discovered that three workers at the daycare center slapped children in the face, swatted them on the leg or head and pulled the ears of eight children aged 1 to 4 years old.
