Bossier City, LA — Bossier City police and Bossier Crime Stoppers are asking the public for help in locating the suspects responsible for two armed robberies this week.
The most recent one happened early this morning at the Valero gas station in the 1900 block of Airline Drive. A clerk there reported a white male suspect walked into the store armed with a handgun and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect then fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The clerk was not injured. Bossier Crime Stoppers are offering a $390 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect in this case.
The second armed robbery happened Monday just before 9 p.m. at the Trejos Mexican Restaurant in the 2100 block of Airline Drive. Two male suspects, both wearing masks, entered the kitchen area through a side door. One of the suspects was armed with a shotgun and robbed an employee of an undisclosed amount of cash. A witness describes that suspect as a black male based on the skin tone of his eye lids while the second suspect may be a white male based on the skin tone of his hands seen in security camera video. Both suspects fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. Bossier Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $510 to anyone who can provide information leading to arrests in this case.
