A former restaurant waiter faces criminal charges for stealing customer credit card information and used it to make unauthorized purchases at retail stores.

The Bossier Financial Crimes Task Force has obtained arrest warrants for Dell Franklin Bush, 27, of Quitman, on charges of identity theft and credit card fraud by persons authorized to provide goods and services.

Bush is accused of stealing credit card information from customers at the Olive Garden Restaurant in the 2900 block of Meadow Creek Drive, while he worked there as a waiter from February to early March of 2013. He then used the information to make more than $3,300 in purchases.

Bush is currently incarcerated in the Lincoln Parish Jail following his arrest on March 5, 2013 for DWI and a probation violation.

Authorities there later charged him with using stolen credit card data connected to the BFCTF investigation to make purchases at a store in Ruston.

The total bond is $62,000.
