A fourth suspect wanted for stealing parts from used cars turned herself into the Bossier Sheriff's Office on Wednesday.

Sandra D. Driscoll, 43, of Benton, was wanted for her role in stealing parts from cars parked in a rural lot near Benton High School.

Frank A. Crandell, 24, Blaze J. Blackman, 41, and Lowell L. Spence Sr., 55, were all arrested Monday when detectives caught them with tools and a generator used to dismantle vehicles. The men admitted to stealing thousands of dollars worth of car parts, including Catalytic Converters, tire rims and radiators at least four times over the past few weeks.

Driscoll, the sister of Blackman, would help find buyers for the parts. Driscoll was charged with felony theft and taken to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with a bond of $7,500.
