Bristol, CT (KMSS) — Brittney Griner's career is unmatched by any other player in NCAAW basketball history, and Monday, she will bring a new hype to the WNBA draft.
According to ESPN Central Texas, the WNBA draft will be televised at 7:00 p.m., on ESPN, where many are sure to tune in to see Baylor's Griner drafted number one overall by the Phoenix Mercury.
This will be the first time the WNBA draft will ever be shown in primetime. The draft will be three rounds with 12 picks in each round.
Other notable players sure to get drafted on Monday night are Elena Delle Donne and Skylar Diggins who are projected to go number two and number three behind Griner.
