A local man broke into a Shreveport home Wednesday afternoon desperate for state fair money. Shortly after 12:30 p.m., officers arrested a man they saw running from a house that had just been burglarized.

Monday night, just before 11, Shreveport Police were called out to the Daiquiri Express on Pines Rd in West Shreveport. Two men entered the store, both wearing what appeared to be ski masks, attempting to rob the business.
