SHREVEPORT --- For the third time in as many days a grass fire erupted on I-220, between Jefferson Paige Rd. and Lakeshore Dr., this time around 12:30 p.m.
The race for the mayor's office is down to a runoff between incumbent Cedric glover and city Councilman Bryan Wooley.
