Bossier Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting this afternoon at the Haymeadow Trailer Park in Bossier City that sent an 11-year-old boy to the hospital. Detectives have determined the shooting is accidental.

SWEPCO reporting major power outages

Swepco is reporting over 528,000 people are without power right now. The largest area affected by outages is Caddo Parish with over 120,000 customers without electricity.

Storms leave major damage

Storms that moved through Ark-La-Tex this evening left some major damage behind. Crews were out along Buncombe Road in Shreveport where multiple power lines and trees were down as a result of the storm.
