Pair charged in murder of Shreveport man

Two men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Shreveport man.

Kinoy Singleton 35, and Robert Lynn 41, both of Shreveport, were booked into jail Thursday afternoon following their surrender to authorities. The men were wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for the murder of William David Carroll, 48, back on July 28. The victim was shot inside his Holly Street home during an alleged robbery.

The warrant was issued after information and evidence gathered during the investigation linked the pair to the crime. Singleton has been charged with second degree murder with a bond amount of $450,000. Lynn faces a charge of principal to second degree murder with a bond amount of $325,000.
