Thursday, January 24, 2013 - 5:54pm

Crime Stoppers of Caddo Parish and Lamar Outdoor Advertising are bringing awareness to our citizens regarding the disappearance of Tracy Winslow who has been missing since Sunday, January 23, 2012. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Winslow’s ex-boyfriend, Eddie Lee Jackson was arrested in connection with her disappearance.

Tracy was last heard from when she talked with a friend by phone around midnight Sunday night and a few hours later, her car was found burned in north Shreveport. Jackson was placed at the scene of her  disappearance and the location of the burned vehicle.

One year ago this month, Caddo Parish Sheriff’s investigators and Crime Stoppers sought the assistance of Joe Kane and Alan Hampton with Lamar to feature Tracy on selected electronic billboards throughout the city. Today Tracy’s picture appears on multiple electronic ad boards throughout the city with the hope someone comes forward with information about her disappearance.

Anyone having any information on the disappearance of Tracy or the activities of Eddie Jackson prior to Tracy's disappearance is encouraged to call Caddo Sheriff's Detectives at 675-2170 or Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373, www.lockemup.org
