86-year-old missing from Dallas found safe in The Colony

The Arlington Police Department was searching for Billy Kirby, Sr., 86, who is diagnosed with a Cognitive Impairment after he was reported missing by his family.

According to the Arlington Police Department, Kirby has been found safe in The Colony.

Prior to being found, the senior citizen was last seen at 11:18 p.m., Wednesday, at the intersection of Illinois and South Hampton in Dallas. He was driving a dark blue, 2002 Chevrolet Silverado pickup with TX License Plate 7FYZS.

Law enforcement officials believed Kirby's disappearance posed a credible threat to his own health and safety.

Details are limited as to where Kirby was going, but KMSS will update information as it becomes available.
