This action was nothing short of utter nonsense. The meat should have been returned to the donors for disposal if they so desired, at their own risk to eat if they desired. Had I been on site, I would have physically obstructed any inspector there at risk of my own job, and called the hunter group to come retrieve the donation for disposal at their own discretion. I'd rather be arrested and put in jail if it meant the donation was taken care of by a decision of the donor than by inspectors.
