An anonymous tip to LSU Police about people entering LSU Football games without tickets led to the arrest of four people.

In early October, LSU Police received an anonymous tip that identified Casey McKenzie, 33, and others who had been entering LSU Football games without tickets by paying gate workers.

On October 12, LSU Investigators observed Casey McKenzie receive two Event Staff wristbands from a Gate Marshall, James Oglethorpe, 34, in exchange for cash.

Casey McKenzie was also seen handing Gate Captain Judy Wilson, 59, an envelope, which was later determined to contain cash.

He was also seen entering the stadium with four other people, none having presented tickets. Upon further investigation it was determined that Casey McKenzie had given one of the wristbands to Caleb McKenzie.

Through further investigation it was determined that Oglethorpe and Casey McKenzie had made this type of transaction previously this year as well in years past. Oglethorpe stated that he had done so with other individuals and had accepted between $120 to $140 this year and over $400 in the last two years.

Wilson denied that the money was for allowing entry to the event, but did admit to having let Casey McKenzie in without tickets previously.

Oglethorpe, of Baton Rouge, was arrested for Theft (over $500) and was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.

Casey Adam McKenzie, 33, of Baton Rouge, was arrested for Theft (over $500) and an Outstanding Traffic Warrant from BRPD. He was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.

Judy Wilson, 59, of Denham Springs, was arrested for Theft (under $500) and was issued a misdemeanor summons.

Caleb A. McKenzie, 27, of Brusly, was arrested for Theft (under $500) and was issued a misdemeanor summons.
