VIDEO: Phil Kuchinsky talks Cowboys with Craig Smoak from ESPN Central Texas

MGN-Online
Monday, September 2, 2013 - 11:06am

KETK's Phil Kuchinsky spoke with Craig Smoak of ESPN Central Texas about the Cowboys' injuries to the front seven and quarterback, Tony Romo.

Smoak said he is concerned with the depth the Cowboys have. With Ratliff rarely being healthy, he doesn't know if the Cowboys can withstand a 17-week season, or longer.

When Kuckinsky asked Smoak about Romo being the highest paid player in Cowboys' franchise history, Smoak said he's worth every penny.

"Yes, people will compare Romo to Drew Brees and Tom Brady, but what other options do they have," said Smoak "Romo has won big games in the regular season, he just hasn't won the big game in the playoffs. Yes, there are guys better than Romo but, I think he's worth every penny."

You can catch Craig Smoak on "Unnecessary Roughness" weekdays from 11:00 a.m., - 2:00 p.m., on 1600 AM and 92.1 FM in Central Texas. Also, you can follow him on Twitter @CraigSmoak.
